The last days of the Grand Meetup were packed full of activities and work. They were early mornings and late nights, and I was just too exhausted at the end of the day to write. As I sit in the plane going back home, I thought I’d get caught up.

Last year circumstances were such that I found myself needing to practice the riff to Johnny B. Goode on the electric guitar and ended up performing the song with a group of coworkers at a company event. It was absolutely thrilling to do it, and I had tons of fun.
I had to practice this thing for weeks. It was really tough.
